Comedian and content creator Kendrick Mulamwah has lost his TikTok account with over 1 million followers.

Mulamwah speaks after losing TikTok account

The father of two shared online that his account was banned and did not specify what led to him losing his account.

“As long as the Equity account (bank) is okay, we move,” he captioned on a screenshot showing his account banned.

He followed up with a notice to alert fans so no one could dupe them using his name on the social media app.

“For now, I do not have a TikTok account; let them not steal from you there,” he said.

Mulamwah’s bestie Ruth K receives first paycheck

This comes weeks after his lover Ruth K celebrated earning KSh 290,000 as her first pay on YouTube.

She acknowledged that YouTube pays and thanked her fans for their support, encouraging them to pursue their dreams.

Ruth K had been under fire for pushing herself to work just weeks after she gave birth to their son. Some fans advised her to be still and heal first.

Kenyan celebs who’ve lost TikTok accounts

Elsewhere, different Kenyan influencers have in the past lost their TikTok accounts with millions of followers.

Renowned dancer Moya David lost his TikTok account with over four million followers in March after being banned.

He, however, spoke and said he believed he would bounce back again days after claiming that he bought a KSh 9 million G-Wagon.

Another influencer, Baba Talisha, also told TUKO.co.ke that he lost his TikTok account after gaining over 1 million followers.

He added that he was told he had violated the community policies and vowed to appeal to get his account back.

Both Moya and Baba T recovered their accounts days after facing the bans.
